DUBAI

Albal handled all design and construction for the QUE CAFE project in Aljada, Sharjah. This space was built on a clean, sharp concept. The design uses the strong contrast of Absolute White and Charcoal Black to make the café feel like a quiet gallery. Here, simple, precise design elevates the experience for every customer

The café's concept is drawn from a focus on purity and atmosphere. The aesthetic is shaped by elements of matt concrete flooring and linear lighting, creating a controlled, gallery-like environment.
The space is rigidly zoned to optimize both service and experience. The public area clearly separates the Lounge Area from the Cafe Dining Area. Service flow is discreetly managed via segregated Kitchen and Preparation Areas. A dedicated Outdoor Sitting Area extends the café's precise aesthetic to the exterior

Functional design prioritizes the purity of the customer journey. The counter area centralizes Coffee Preparation adjacent to the main dining zone, ensuring efficiency. The different seating types, including high tables and dedicated lounge seating provide distinct experiences. Essential staff zones, including the Staff Toilet and Storage, are meticulously isolated from the customer flow
